How can I return or exchange products?
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us or if an item does not fit you, you can return it to the delivery address above within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to exchange an item, you can return it and simply order a new one. you can immediately see whether your desired item is still available.
We will generally refund goods returned on time provided they meet the following conditions, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you.
Please note that we can only accept returns of unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please make sure not to remove any labels or soil any items. The goods must not show any signs of use and the quality label must still be on the item.
Please enclose the completed return slip / delivery note or a similar note with your shipment. If the return slip is missing or has been incompletely filled out, the return may not be processed.
Please do not send the product back to us freight collect and without insurance! Our customers are responsible for the return shipping costs themselves. For orders over €80.00 in value, we will cover the return costs for customers in Germany. Please contact us at the email address above.
How is the refund made?
Once your return arrives at our logistics center, it will usually be processed within 1 to 2 weeks.
For refunds of orders paid in advance, the amount will be credited to your current account. Depending on the bank processing times, it can take up to 5 working days for the money to be credited to your account. For PayPal payments, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.
For orders with direct debit, credit card and purchase on account, we transfer the payment to the account you use via PayPal. The refund period is up to 16 days and cannot be influenced by us. If you have any problems, please contact PayPal directly.
What should I do in the event of a warranty claim?
Warranty and guarantee information
We are of course happy to help in the event of a guarantee or warranty claim. Please send us an email with pictures of the damage to: contact.delusional@gmail.com. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
The warranty period is 24 months for the purchased products and begins upon delivery of the goods. Damage resulting from natural wear and tear or improper use is excluded from the warranty.
Beyond the statutory warranty provisions, no guarantees are given with regard to the goods or services delivered, unless a guarantee is expressly granted in writing.
Notice
Your right of withdrawal according to our General Terms and Conditions expires prematurely if the contract is fully fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
